I just recently started going to Dr. Sandhu. I had an issue with a different provider when I got Botox over a year ago. I was gunshy about having it done again. I had a consult with Dr. Sandhu and she did an amazing job. I was very happy and even my husband said I looked "refreshed". I just went back to her again and not only does she do great work, she's lovely as well!
Fran and Debbie are the best duos at Neem in Boston. They are all always so accommodating with my schedule and check in with me periodically after my treatments. Most importantly, I’ve seen a massive change in only three months with my coolsculpting journey. I highly recommend this place!
The people here are amazing. This is my second time needing them and I don’t know what took me so long to leave a great review. Great collection of face soap and other products, I don’t break out at all as long as I use their products.
I’ve had excellent experiences coming to Neem. Deb is wonderful when it comes to making and adjusting my appointments. I’ve been seeing Kristina for my cut and color. Fran for my eyebrows. Everyone is professional, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff, very pleasant, convenient, "spa-like" atmosphere. (I've visited both the Winchester and Boston offices.). Dr. Sandhu is a great doctor with great credentials, and I feel very comfortable consulting her about procedures. She's also delightful as a person. I've had terrific results with every procedure. Fran really knows what she's doing with the Morpheus8 Microneedling. She did a very thorough job, and I feel comfortable with her expertise and skill.
Neem Aesthetics is professional from start to finish. Deb and Fran are nothing short of professional and personable. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Sandhu perform my PRP injections at my last visit and she gave great suggestions for the next steps with my skincare. Fran is knowledgeable and makes you feel very relaxed during the procedure. I highly recommend Neem.
I've been going to Neem Med Spa since 2014 and I absolutely love it and the way my skin looks! I regularly get facials and Dysport every 3 months and have also tried the laser therapy for facial skin improvement (dark spots/sun spots). They always take such great care of me and my friends are very complimentary of my glowing and youthful-looking skin. Recently, I received my second salt facial with Lindsay and she just made me feel so relaxed, rejuvenated and amazing. My skin was glowing and perfect when I walked out! I'm eager to try to some new treatments this year for anti-aging.

I highly recommend Neem for their hydrafacial and cosmetic services. I was nervous to start treatment and was guided by their staff who helped tailor a skin care routine for me. They also have helped me manage the cost of treatment, adjusting packages to suit my financial needs. I love being able to visit Neem and my skin has never been healthier.
Such a great spot, Got a Botox lip flip from NP Joy and she was amazing so comforting and educated, I have bad reactions to needles (fainting) and the entire staff was so great and accommodating. Also lip flip looks great!

I’ve been coming to Neem since 2019 in both Somerville and Winchester for a variety of services and have had nothing but high quality results from kind, warm, experienced providers, whether it’s Dr. Sandhu herself or anyone else who’s worked with me. They may not be the absolute cheapest provider you can find, but the prices are not outlandish, and do you want the future of your face handled by the absolute cheapest provider?? I personally do not! I can’t say enough good things about Neem.
For a variety of reasons associated with accessibility limitations , I couldn’t see Dr. Sandhu for about two years . I just went back to Neem and was immediately reminded why I love this med spa more than any others I’ve been to in the interim ... Dr. Sandhu is the most relaxing force . She is a doctor who rides the line of confidence and encouragement so perfectly that you never feel pressured but also never feel unsure that what she recommends is the best option for you . Her techniques and knowledge are unsurpassed - I always leave so excited that I now look my best . I wholeheartedly recommend her and her spas to anyone in the Boston area ... and I’ve been to them all lol .

The doctor, she’s an absolute artist with botox. I look amazing every time, natural and 5 years younger. She’s an absolute sweetheart and cares about what I want and uses her eye and skills to get results that look best on me. I do think the cost is a bit higher than other places, but the results make me not want to go elsewhere as I fear others may not be as skilled. My only complaint really aside from the cost, is the front desk girls are a bit aloof- I’d like them to be more proactive with helping me find discounts and getting my points and stuff as well.
I had a facial done by Fran and it was the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had! She listened to what I want to accomplish and change about my skin and really helped educate me through out. I am so excited for my next few facials and to see the continual progress. After just one facial I can already tell a difference. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Truly an amazing environment and overall experience!!

Accommodating people, I enjoyed my visits here. I had a couple procedures done including Botox and vanquish. Dr. Sandhu is very nice and her salespeople (assistants) are sweet as well. The Botox was great and Dr. Sandhu will ensure your happy with the results. The vanquish, $2400, don't do it! The staff will not guarantee results but I can guarantee it's a huge waste of money. I was told I was a great candidate being someone who had a large weight loss and was hoping for a way after struggling for years to get rid of the extra stubborn fat and was looking for a surgery alternative.
I visited NEEM in November 2015 for the first time interested in weight loss and it was the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Sandhu and her staff were so welcoming, I began my appointment reviewing different weight loss programs with Dr. Sandhu, she took the time to review each option with me and helped me decide on the diet with HCG 40 day program. Each day I got an email outlining the diet program offering day by day instruction and recipes. I saw Dr. Sandhu weekly throughout the program and she even made time to meet me early on Christmas Day as I decided to do this program through the holidays and she didn't want me to go more than a week without seeing her, this meant Dr. Sandhu came and opened her office on a holiday just to see me. The office is so accommodating when making appointments, as well as meticulously clean, and relaxing, I was always offered a beverage as soon as I came through the door. Because of NEEM I am now 40 pounds lighter and have never felt better. After the 40 days of the diet I still continued to meet with Dr. Sandhu weekly as I transitioned into the next phase of the diet. I also have had the pleasure of getting a hydrafacial at the office which was awesome left my skin feeling so clean and rejuvenated. NEEM also has a great variety of products. Having struggled with acne Dr. Sandhu and her staff helped me pick a skin care regimen from her ZO products that have left me skin blemish free. I've tried hundreds of products and ZO is bar far a miracle and its peace of mind knowing I can pop into NEEM anytime to pick up more product. I have also tried the New Direction diet products they have at NEEM and I absolutely love the protein bars, especially the cinnamon, the bars are filling have 15 grams of protein and only 160 calories not to mention they are delicious and come in several flavors. My entire experience at NEEM has been a blessing, I have never been happier. Dr. Sandhu stands behind all her products and services and I never once felt pressured or dissatisfied when leaving the office. If your looking for impeccable service and step by step help and support for weight loss or any other spa service than this is the place for you!
I have been here twice now. The staff is excellent. Dr Sandhu is very knowledgable about all the procedures and guides you all the way through the treatment plan. I recommend it for everyone. They have area of expertise in various fields including aesthetics and weight loss. We even bought Zo skin care products n we have had very good results with it. They are located centrally and have very convenient hours. Whatever ur concern for skin care i think you are in best hands.
Dr Sandhu is thorough and amazingly gentle. She goes for good results and does a great follow up. Explains everything too. Lip injections are subtle, not obvious at all, and she is so good with a needle for this and Botox , hardly even a pinch. All her good reviews are true. It’s why I went to her and will continue
Amazing Experience! Can't Wait to Go Back to Dr. Sandhu at NEEM!! - I visited NEEM Medical Spa in Winchester for my first time as it came highly recommended by a friend of mine. From the moment I walked in I felt so comfortable. Jenny greeted me and got me prepped and took before pictures and answered any initial questions I had, she was truly wonderful. I expressed concerns to Dr. Sandhu about Botox as I had gotten it done once previously by someone else and ended up with clown brow!! She put every worry aside, worked with my needs, and assured me that if for any reason I didn't feel comfortable with my results that I could come back in and she would assess and see what we could do. It has been a few months and I LOVE the outcome. I will be going back to her 100x over.
been going to this place for 2 years now... I was regular at another med spa at newbury st but went for shopping in Assembly sq area and stumbled upon this great place. Dr. Sandhu is super knowledge physician, sometimes find it hard to understand medical terminology, but she is very friendly and knows what she is doing. only downside was parking, but I guess city life and I think they are working on it. staff is very friendly and supportive. I will definetly recommend Dr. Sandhu for any injectables, especially lips, she did a fabulous job with mine.
I found Neem Medical Spa after my previous Doctor retired. Although change can be scary, I find that it ALWAYS happens for a reason! I asked several friends for recommendations and Neem sounded like a fit for me. I couldn't be happier. I was immediately impressed with Dr. Sandhu, her staff and the state-of-the-art facility. Years ago I had had a bad experience with Botox. I explained this to Dr. Sandhu. She understood and never tried to change my mind. She listens intently. When I decided to give it another try, Dr. Sandhu relieved my fears and the whole experience was much more satisfying. I could not say enough about Dr Sandhu and their staff at Neem Medical Spa. I have been coming to Neem and seeing Dr Sandhu for botox for four years. She is the only one who has always gotten it just right. Never have I had less than a 5 star experience all the way, from the minute I call them for an appointment to the time I check out. They always make me feel like royalty and take care of my treatment needs, and I love that they will always follow up. I used to travel all the way from Connecticut to see Dr Sandhu and now luckily can just see her locally. She is always keeping up with the most innovative technology, and I have had several combination treatments with her to keep my skin looking great. I'm looking forward to get my Y-Lift procedure with her, for facial and jawline sculpting, which only she does in MA! She is a true artist with an exceptional bedside manners. I can not thank her enough for the difference she makes every day, and for constantly talking to me during my treatment to ease my nerves (we call it talkaesthesia!). Love my botox and lips! Her personality is contagious and the staff are genuine and friendly group of professionals ! 5 star all the way!
Dr Sandhu is an EXCEPTIONAL physician who REALLY GENUINELY CARES! So many times you feel like you are just another chart for a physician and feel rushed. Rarely do you find someone that really cares about you. She is not only a truly skilled physician, but in addition he has a wonderful heart. I love that she took her time to really listen to how I felt about my face, educated me about the physiology behind the changes that I was seeing, and then gave me the treatment options that she thought would best help me. I felt empowered, and chose to get botox and juvederm voluma fillers in my cheeks and she sculpted my jawline and gave me more chin definition. I am thrilled with my results, and would never trust anyone else with my face. Not to mention that my treatment was a hundred percent bruise free! An exceptional physician, an exceptional human being and a truly skilled artist.
