Nutritional Counseling
Learning how to count calories, how to identify macronutrients in your food, and how to satisfy your hunger appropriately are all strategies we use to educate patients. Nutritional counseling is far more than just giving you a meal plan to follow. Dr. Sandhu and our staff at Neem Medical Spa offer individualized support to help you discover why your current nutritional habits may be causing you to gain weight or have low energy. You need to know what foods can add fuel and fire to your weight loss instead of squelching your efforts with poor food choices. The right combination and balance of protein, fats, and carbohydrates for your body may differ from anyone else. Your program will be individualized to your needs.
Behavior Modification
With years of medical experience, Dr. Sandhu and her team at Neem Medical Spa will work with you one-on-one about behaviors that are making and/or keeping you fat. Of course, there are many ways to lose weight. If you do not change your habits, the weight will creep back up again. We will take the time to learn more about you and make suggestions on small modifications to try. Our Exilis Elite technology can tighten your skin, reduce the appearance of cellulite, and sculpt your body.
