At Neem Medical Spa, located in Boston, Lynnfield, and Winchester, MA, we understand the relationship between your physical appearance and self-esteem. Our mission is to bring out your personal best in the safest and most relaxing environment using only the latest technology and techniques in aesthetic medicine. Founder of Neem Medical Spa, Dr. Rosy Sandhu, and our staff work diligently to create an unsurpassed spa experience for you. Our aesthetic plan begins with a consultation. Then, we can address your immediate concerns and develop a comprehensive, long-term plan and skin care regimen for optimal skin and body health. With services ranging from noninvasive fat reduction and skin tightening to injectables and facials, we aim to treat all your needs beyond your expectations.

Our center's unique feature is its state-of-the-art medical procedures for body contouring and laser skin treatments. The presence of an experienced physician with a flair for integrating these approaches allows us to deliver a positive experience that not only looks good but also feels great! Our team has worked hard to build a truly unique practice, one that we hope will help you feel better on the inside and outside. Neem Medical Spa Policies

Cancellation Policy:

We require cancellations to be made with at least a 24-hour notice before the time of your scheduled appointment. We realize emergencies occur. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they need. We ask all new and existing clients to supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process, ensuring the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you if the card is declined. There will be a charge of $50 for cancellations of less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time and no-shows.

If you have a series, the service from this series will be deducted—whichever is the lesser of the two. If you have a gift card, the amount will be deducted from the gift card. If you schedule a consultation with Dr. Sandhu, the required $100 consultation fee will then act as your cancellation policy and is a non-refundable consultation fee. Should you cancel with less than 24 hour's advance notice or no-show to your consultation, the fee will be taken. An additional fee will be required to reschedule with Dr. Sandhu. Patients will have 6 months from the time of consultation to apply their consultation fee towards a service at Neem. If you schedule your first service, the required deposit of $50 will then be your cancellation policy. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Cancellations for Monday appointments are required to be canceled by Saturday at 2 PM. We thank you for your understanding.

Late Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you! If you arrive 15 minutes or later than your scheduled appointment time, your appointment may be shortened. We reserve the right to reschedule your service.

No-Show Policy:

There will be a charge of $50 for no-show appointments. If you have a series, the service from this series will be deducted—whichever is the lesser of the two. If you have a gift card, the amount will be deducted from the gift card.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments/Refunds:

Payment for all procedures at Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics is due at the time of the visit and is non-refundable. We do not accept checks. If you prefer to make interest-free monthly payments, we offer care credit and affirm. All sales are final; however, Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics have an exchange policy that gives you options in case the need arises. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, you will receive credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments. The treatments already provided will be charged at the current single treatment price to calculate the remaining credit. This credit may be used to purchase other treatments, not products, offered by Neem Medical Spa and Neem Aesthetics.
